This still is made of 2.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. It also features shiny brass handles and nuts, and welded joints to ensure durability.

One of the standout features of this still is the inclusion of protective irons in the boiler, which not only protect the equipment but also facilitate the turning of the leftover product.

As for capacities and yields, this still has a total capacity of 450 liters and a useful capacity of 400 liters.

The estimated distillation time is 6-8 hours. The expected yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to 40-60 liters per distillation.

This still allows for both simple distillations and rectification distillations.

In simple distillations, a yield of 40-60 liters at approximately 45% alcohol can be obtained.

On the other hand, in rectification distillations, a yield of 30-40 liters at approximately 75% alcohol can be obtained. These yield data are based on a 10% alcohol ferment.

The still comes complete with a range of accessories that facilitate its use and control.

It includes a large thermometer of 0-120º to monitor the distillation temperature, a large alcohol meter of 0-100º to determine the alcohol content of the distillation, an alcohol meter holder for easier reading, a separation grid to prevent solids from sticking to the bottom of the boiler, a 70 cm gas burner grid specific to this model, a rectification lens to purify the distillation and achieve a higher purity and alcohol content, and iron supports for the boiler and condenser.
