Made with 2mm copper sheet, hammered and with bright brass handles and nuts, as well as welded joints.
This still has a total capacity of 220 liters and a useful capacity of 200 liters. The distillation time is approximately 4-5 hours.
The yield of this still is 10-15% of the useful capacity, which translates to a production of 20-30 liters per distillation.
In the case of a simple distillation, without a rectifier, a yield of 20-30 liters at approximately 45º alcohol can be obtained.
If rectification is used, the yield will be 15-20 liters at about 75º alcohol. These yield data consider a ferment of 10º alcohol.
The still comes equipped with several accessories to facilitate its use.
It includes a large thermometer of 0-120º to control the distillation temperature, a large alcoholmeter of 0-100º to measure the alcohol content, an alcoholmeter support for more comfortable measurement, a 60 cm gas burner specific to this model, a rectification lens to purify the distillation and obtain a higher purity and proof alcohol, iron supports for the boiler and condenser, and a 2.5" discharge tube with a valve in stainless steel or brass to empty the excess product.
