Introducing the "Classic 500 liters Complete LIQUIDS Still", a high quality and high performance product.

This still is made of 2.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. Additionally, it features shiny brass handles and nuts, and welded joints to ensure durability.

As for its capacities and performances, this still has a total capacity of 550 liters and a useful capacity of 500 liters. The distillation time ranges from 6 to 8 hours, and its yield is between 10% and 15% of the useful capacity. This translates to a production of 50 to 75 liters per distillation.

If a simple distillation is performed, without a rectifier, a yield of 50 to 75 liters at approximately 45º alcohol can be obtained.

On the other hand, if rectification is used, the yield is 40 to 50 liters at around 75º alcohol. These yield data are based on a 10º alcohol ferment.

This complete still includes a series of accessories that facilitate its use and control.

It comes with a large thermometer of 0-120º to control the distillation temperature, as well as a large alcoholmeter of 0-100º to measure the alcohol content of the distillate.

In addition, a support for the alcoholmeter is included, which allows for more comfortable control of the distillation's graduation.

Also provided is a 70 cm gas grill specific to this model, as well as a rectification lens that purifies the distillation and improves the purity and graduation of the alcohol.

Finally, iron supports for the boiler and condenser, a 2.5" discharge tube with valve in stainless steel or brass to remove excess product from the boiler are included.
