This alembic is made of 2mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish and handles and nuts in bright brass. Additionally, all joints are welded to ensure durability.
The alembic features an outlet in the boiler that comes with a 2.5" threaded plug (please note that the 2.5" stainless steel discharge valve is not included).
As for its capacities and yields, this alembic has a total capacity of 220 liters, with a useful capacity of 200 liters. The distillation time is approximately 4-5 hours.
The estimated yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to about 20-30 liters per distillation. It is important to mention that these yield data are based on a 10% alcohol ferment.
The alembic comes equipped with a large thermometer of 0-120º that allows you to control the distillation temperature, as well as a large alcoholmeter of 0-100º to measure the alcohol content of the distillation.
