Regarding its capacities and yields, this still has a total capacity of 110 liters and a useful capacity of 100 liters. The distillation time is approximately 3-4 hours. Furthermore, its yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity, which translates to a distillation of 10-15 liters per cycle.

If used without a rectifier, a yield of 10-15 liters at approximately 45º alcohol content is obtained. On the other hand, if used with rectification, a yield of 8-10 liters at approximately 75º alcohol content is obtained. These yield data are based on a 10º alcohol content ferment.

This complete still includes several accessories that will be very useful to you.

Firstly, it comes with a large thermometer from 0-120º that will allow you to control the distillation temperature accurately.

It also includes a large alcoholmeter from 0-100º so that you can know the alcohol content of your distillate.
