This still is made of 2.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. It also features bright brass handles and nuts, as well as welded joints, ensuring durability and strength.
A notable feature of this still is the inclusion of protective iron bars in the boiler, which not only protect the equipment but also facilitate the turning of the excess product.
In terms of capacity, this still has a total capacity of 330 liters and a useful capacity of 300 liters. The distillation time is approximately 5-6 hours.
The distillation yield ranges between 10% and 15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to 30-45 liters per distillation. Depending on the type of distillation you wish to perform, this still offers different yields.
In a simple distillation without rectification, you can obtain a yield of 30-45 liters at approximately 45º alcohol content.
On the other hand, in a rectification distillation, the yield is 20-30 liters at approximately 75º alcohol content. These yield data are based on a 10º alcohol content ferment.
The still comes complete with several accessories that will facilitate the distillation process.
It includes a large thermometer of 0-120º to control the temperature, a large alcoholmeter of 0-100º to measure the alcohol content, an alcoholmeter holder for more comfortable measurement, a separation grid to prevent solid products from sticking to the bottom of the boiler, a 60 cm gas grill specific to this model, and a rectification lens for purifying the distillation and obtaining higher purity and alcohol content.
In addition, iron supports for the boiler and the condenser are included.
