The BB12 semi-manual bag-in-box filler with a EURO 20 pump is constructed entirely of stainless steel, with an adjustable and removable support surface.
It is equipped with four adjustable feet for installation on a support bench (a stainless steel trolley can be supplied upon request).
It does not require any pneumatic supply (except in the case of the optional vacuum system).
The filling cycle is automatic: start, fill, and stop.
The operator selects the format and operates the cap extraction and insertion clamp, following the filling process on the display.
The control panel controls the on/off of the external pump (combination also available with the ENOS 20 centrifugal pump).
A push-button valve allows manual injection of inert gas at the end of the cycle.
The vacuum function is available as an option and requires connection to a 6 bar pneumatic circuit.
The choice of different types of flow sensors ensures optimal use of the equipment in applications such as wine, oil, and fruit juices (non-viscous filtered).
Possible use with hot liquids.
The electronic panel allows calibration of the instrument with a repeatability of the filled volumes with an error of ±5/10 cl (depending on the instrument used).
Regarding hygiene, a fully enclosed anti-drip filling valve is used, complete emptying of the pipes with easy-to-open sanitary clamp fittings, a CIP washing circuit with a supplied tap, and the possibility of steam sterilization at 110°C using the special high-temperature kit.
Other advantages of the filler include a tilting and removable support surface that allows filling rigid containers (e.g., PET, aluminum, glass) in both rectangular and circular shapes (maximum diameter 85 mm).
Adapters for numerous types of caps and bags can be requested (PUOCH, BERKER, QCS, QCD, etc.).
Any type of external single-phase pump can be connected (compatible with the capacity of the flow sensor used).
Gravity filling is also possible, without the need for a pump.
