This still has a capacity of 45 liters and offers a yield of 10-15% of its capacity, considering a 10% alcoholic ferment. This means that between 5 and 7 liters of distillate can be obtained per distillation.
It is made of 1.5mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish. Additionally, it features bright brass handles and nuts and welded joints, ensuring durability and resistance.
The still includes a large thermometer from 0-120º to control the temperature during distillation, as well as a large alcoholmeter from 0-100º to measure the alcohol content of the distillate.
