We present the semiautomatic blower-rinser with 2 injectors without a pump, ideal for internal cleaning of bottles using air or filtered water and disinfectant product.
This machine is made entirely of stainless steel and has two injectors: one for rinsing and the other for blowing.
In addition, it is equipped with an air unit made up of three elements:
1. Complete pressure regulator with 5 μm filter unit: this regulator allows you to adjust the air pressure sent to the injectors, a setting of 4-6 atmospheres being recommended.
2. Filter element (grinder) with 0.3 μm porosity: this filter protects the regulator from any trace of oil or condensate present in the air supplied by the compressor.
3. Filter element (extra fine) through a 0.01 μm cartridge.
The machine also has a tray that can be filled with water and, optionally, a disinfectant product.
In addition, it has a connection to connect an electric pump that pumps the solution and sends it under pressure to the bottles through the nozzles.

- Dimensions: 490 x 490 x 900 mm
