💨 Semi-Automatic 4-Nozzle Bottle Air Rinser

The Semi-Automatic 4-Nozzle Bottle Air Rinser is designed to clean the inside of bottles, jars and containers before filling. It operates entirely using compressed air, effectively removing dust, particles and small impurities from the inside of containers quickly, hygienically and efficiently.

Thanks to its four air injection nozzles, it can process up to 600 bottles per hour, depending on the bottle size and the operator's working speed, making it an ideal solution for medium and high-capacity bottling lines.

⚙️ Pneumatic operation

The machine operates exclusively with compressed air. The air compressor is not included and must be purchased separately.

For optimum performance, we recommend using an oil-free air compressor with a minimum 50-litre air tank, at least 1.5 HP of power, preferably soundproofed and equipped with a condensate filter.

🛡️ Professional 4-stage air filtration system

The air rinser is equipped with a 4-stage air filtration system designed to provide clean air throughout the blowing process:

Optional nozzles are also available to adapt the machine to other container formats.
