The 30 L Rotary-Column Still COMPLETE is primarily designed for steam distillation of plants and flowers, while also being suitable for all types of alcoholic distillation.

Its configuration combines a 30 L boiler with a hinged rotary column, making it easy to empty and reload plant material. This COMPLETE version also includes a thermometer, column and boiler separation grates, and a 25 cm gas grate, providing a complete setup for controlled gas-heated distillation.

🌿 Plant and Flower Distillation

This model allows you to carry out aromatic steam distillation of different plants and flowers to produce hydrosols and essential oils.

The column holds approximately 1000 g of plants or flowers per load. Once the plant material has released most of its essential oils, the column can be emptied and reloaded during the same distillation.

🔄 Thanks to its hinged rotary system, it is possible to carry out between 3 and 5 column loads per distillation, allowing approximately 1000–5000 g of plants or flowers to be processed in a single session.

💧 Hydrosol and Essential Oil Production

The system is designed to produce both hydrosols and essential oils through steam distillation.
