Structure: built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, it is composed of a destemming module and a selection module, connected by the height-adjustable support frame.

Destemmer - crusher:

• • Equipped with a loading hopper with a dosing auger driven by a speed variator.
  • The hopper is equipped with a filter for liquid extraction and a DIN 50 extraction connection.
  • The 400 mm diameter destemming net is built entirely in pressed stainless steel, with an anti-tear system for the stem.
  • Standard perforation diameter 24, available on request from 18 to 32.
  • Rubber grape conveyor auger installed as standard on the destemming net.
  • Inner shaft with adjustable cylinders arranged in a double helix.

Automatic selection and cleaning table:

Cleaning:

• • The body of the machine can be opened centrally by means of double side doors.
  • The motor group is opened by means of two gas pistons and allows the rapid removal of both the destemmer shaft and the destemmer net.
  • The selection group can be easily removed by acting on the sliding wheels and is equipped with a safety valve to discharge the accumulated during washing.
  • All parts subject to greater stress and rotation are equipped with quick lubrication connections.
