The 500 L Classic Welded Still COMPLETE LIQUIDS is a large-capacity, high-performance handcrafted still specifically designed for the alcohol distillation of liquid ferments such as spirits, wine, must, liqueurs and other fermented bases.

It combines the tradition of copper with complete equipment for carrying out both simple and rectification distillation efficiently, accurately and under controlled conditions.

Its polished brass handles and nuts, together with its welded joints, provide a robust and durable construction, offering greater strength and durability than riveted joints.

The 500 L Classic Welded Still COMPLETE LIQUIDS is specifically designed for distilling wine, must, spirits and other liquid ferments, helping to preserve the natural aromas of the raw material.

With simple distillation, it produces approximately 50–75 L at around 45° ABV. With rectification, it can produce approximately 40–50 L at around 75° ABV. These figures are based on a 10° fermented wash.
