We present a high-capacity handcrafted still designed specifically for alcohol distillation of liquid ferments such as spirits, wine and musts. It combines the tradition of copper with modern measuring instruments for a precise and controlled distillation process.
⚒️ Craftsmanship and quality materials
Made from 2 mm copper sheet with a hammered finish, this still features polished brass handles and nuts. Its welded joints provide greater strength and durability compared with models featuring riveted joints.
🌡️ Designed for liquid ferment distillation
Its construction is intended for distilling spirits, wine, musts and other liquid ferments. Copper provides excellent thermal conductivity, while the welded construction offers a robust and durable structure.
🔧 2" boiler outlet
The boiler is fitted with a 2" outlet with a threaded screw cap, making draining and cleaning easier after each distillation.
⚠️ The 2" stainless steel discharge valve is not included.
🌡️ Thermometer and alcoholmeter included
This model includes a large 0–120 °C thermometer for monitoring the temperature during distillation and a large 0–100° alcoholmeter for measuring the alcohol content of the distillate.
