A large-capacity, high-performance handcrafted still, specifically designed for alcohol distillation of solid raw materials such as fruit, grape pomace, bagasse, cereals and mash.

Its construction combines hammered copper, polished brass and welded joints, providing a robust and durable unit for traditional distillation and larger-scale artisanal production.

⚒️ Quality craftsmanship and materials

Made from 2.5 mm hammered copper sheet, it provides excellent heat conduction, strength and durability.

The polished brass handles and nuts provide the classic appearance associated with traditional stills. The welded joints offer greater strength and durability than riveted joints, reinforcing the construction for demanding and prolonged use.

The boiler incorporates protective iron bars that help protect the equipment and make it easier to turn over the remaining product after distillation.

The design is specifically prepared for working with solid raw materials and high-density mixtures, allowing both simple distillation and rectification to be carried out efficiently and under controlled conditions.

🍇 Distillation and performance

The 400 L Classic Welded Still COMPLETE SOLIDS is designed to produce spirits from grape pomace, fruit, bagasse, cereals and other solid materials, helping to preserve the natural aromas of the raw materials.

In simple distillation, it produces 40–60 litres at approximately 45° alcohol. With rectification, it produces approximately 30–40 litres at 75° alcohol. These values are based on a 10° alcoholic fermented wash.
