A high-capacity handcrafted still specifically designed for the alcohol distillation of solid raw materials such as fruit, grape pomace, bagasse, cereals and mash. Its robust construction and complete equipment allow both simple distillation and rectification processes.

⚒️ Craftsmanship and quality materials

Made from 2 mm copper sheet with a hammered finish, this still features polished brass handles and nuts. Its welded joints provide greater strength and durability compared with models featuring riveted joints.

🛡️ Boiler protection

The boiler includes protective iron bars that help protect the equipment and make it easier to turn over the remaining product after distillation.

🌡️ Temperature control and rectification

The equipment includes a large 0–120 °C thermometer for temperature control and a large 0–100° alcoholmeter for measuring the alcohol content of the distillate, together with an alcoholmeter holder for convenient use.

Its configuration allows both simple distillation and rectification, including when working with high-density mixtures or solid raw materials.

🍇 Distillation of solid raw materials

This still is specifically designed for fruit, grape pomace, bagasse, cereals and other solid materials, allowing traditional and controlled distillation processes.

With simple distillation, it produces approximately 10–15 litres at around 45° alcohol. With rectification, the approximate production is 8–10 litres at around 75° alcohol. These values are based on a 10° alcoholic ferment.
