Inspired by the traditional Charentais still, this model is specially designed for distilling fermented musts, wine and other traditional fermented products.

⚗️ Its traditional configuration combines a 10 L main boiler, a 7 L Wine Preheater with an internal coil and a cooler. During distillation, the steam helps preheat the must in the Wine Preheater before it enters the main boiler. This can help shorten distillation time, improve process efficiency and potentially reduce energy consumption.
