Integrated filler for hot liquids

We have available the "Integrated Hot Liquid Filler".

This equipment has a storage tank located on top and connected directly to a pasteurizer using a DIN 25 accessory.

Additionally, it has an electrical connection that connects to a separate control panel.

The bottle filler and the bag in box filler are connected by 2 separate valves, allowing them to be used together or separately as needed.

The bottle filler includes:

- 4 spikes of 15 mm diameter, which are removable for easy cleaning

- An adjustable support for PET bottles or other tools

BB20 semi-automatic bag-in-box filler includes:

- Stainless steel induction liter counter

- Gravityless filling system

- 1.1 KW volumetric pump with a flexible EPDM impeller

- PLC to adjust cycles, parameters and perform cleaning

- Vacuum and nitrogen injection in the filling cycle

- Silenced air compressor

This equipment is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and it also has 4 wheels to facilitate its mobility.

It is important to mention that this model is manufactured to order, and the estimated manufacturing time is 20-25 days.
