We present the MVE Fluid Scale Filler with Electronic Speed ​​Controller and 0.5 HP Pump, a perfect solution to meet all your semi-automatic filling needs for products in containers of any material, such as glass, aluminum, and PVC.

This machine has a filling capacity ranging from 100 ml to a maximum of 5 liters, and upon special request, it can even fill containers of up to 30 liters, as well as bag in boxes of up to 5 liters.

It is delivered ready for use and filling is completely automatic.

With functions such as automatic tare, start, slow down and stop, the operator only needs to select the preset recipe by turning the corresponding dial, adjust the height of the filling head according to the type of container used and press the start button.

Additionally, the filling speed can be changed at any time using the appropriate potentiometer.

Filling is carried out using a self-priming volumetric pump with rubber impeller, available in 1000 and 4500 liter versions.

This pump is equipped with a bypass to reduce pressure.

Multi-range electronics allow optimal filling management in both small and large containers.

The machine has several active functions:

- Autotare at the beginning of filling

- Verification of the full container to avoid spills

- Speed reduction at the end of filling to guarantee perfect levels inside the containers

- Calculation of the liquid leaked when closing the solenoid valve

Precision and speed are guaranteed by the electronic speed variator that comes standard, which allows the machinery to be adapted to the container used and obtain a repeatability of ± 3 grams.

The pump used allows you to choose the speed of use and the type of container used.

Additionally, two drip-free filling spouts are supplied for small or large containers.
