We present the "Gravity Filler with 6 Spouts Cart", a high-quality equipment designed to facilitate the filling process of food liquids such as wine, oil, beer, and spirits.
This product has an AISI 304 stainless steel structure, both inside and in its polished BA finish, which guarantees its durability and resistance.
In addition, it is equipped with Ø15 mm nozzles with DIN 15 connection and AISI 316 stainless steel loading and unloading valves, ensuring precise and efficient filling.
The equipment also includes a pyramid-shaped stainless steel support platform complete with wheels, making it easy to move and transport.
Likewise, it has a level indicator to control the amount of liquid in the filling process.
The maximum internal diameter of the bottle is 27 mm, although upon request it can be extended to 40 mm or have a satin filling.
The maximum height of the filling level is 80 mm, although a maximum height of 110 mm can also be requested.
For greater convenience, the equipment includes a tilting stainless steel bottle tray.
Upon request, it is possible to equip the machine with a filling pump (Enos 20 model in stainless steel/Euro 20 model with rubber impeller), a 20x20 cardboard filter on a stainless steel frame and a nitrogen saturation valve available in the inside the bottle before filling (it only requires connection to a nitrogen container and is adaptable to any container).
