The distillery is built with 2.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. The handles and nuts are made of shiny brass, and the joints are welded to ensure durability.

Regarding capacities and yields, this distillery has a total capacity of 280 liters and a useful capacity of 250 liters. The distillation time is approximately 5-6 hours, and the yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to 25-40 liters per distillation. These data are based on a 10º alcoholic ferment.

The product includes several components that facilitate its use and control.

It has a vertical thermometer 0-120º installed in the boiler to monitor the temperature of the mash, as well as 2 additional thermometers 0-120º in the helmet and the condenser to control the temperature of the transit gases and the refrigerator, respectively.

To ensure safety, the distillery is equipped with a safety valve in the boiler and a pressure gauge to control internal pressure.

It also has an automatic cleaning system in the boiler and the helmet, as well as stainless steel sight glasses to observe the distillation process.

Other notable features include a discharge tube with a 2.5" valve in stainless steel or brass in the boiler, brass unions between the boiler and the helmet to ensure a tight seal, a stainless steel access door to facilitate access to the interior of the boiler, and a high-performance tubular condenser.

In addition, the product includes an alcoholometer with a thermometer to measure the alcohol content of the distillation, a support for the alcoholometer with a tempered glass dome, and a professional TT60 gas burner compatible with butane, propane, or natural gas.
