The distillery is built with 2.5mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. The handles and nuts are made of shiny brass, and all the joints are welded to ensure maximum durability.

As for its capacities and performances, this distiller has a total capacity of 280 liters and a useful capacity of 250 liters. The distillation time is 5-6 hours, and its yield is 10-15% of the useful capacity, which is equivalent to 25-40 liters per distillation. These performance data are based on a 10% alcohol ferment.

- Vertical thermometer 0-120º installed in the boiler to control the temperature of the mash.
