This system features an adjustable lid that adapts to any wine capacity, preventing it from coming into contact with air when the tank is not completely full.
This tank is ideal for wine fermentation and preservation, as well as for other food liquids such as cider, liquors, spirits, honey, and water.
The system includes a stainless steel ball valve for clear liquid outlet, a test valve, a stainless steel ball valve for turbid liquid outlet, an always-full lid with chamber and cylinder, an airlock valve, 4 legs, a level indicator, a 350x250 mm front door that opens inward, and a crane with pulley to lift the always-full lid.
