Fermentation temperature: 20-33°C.

Alcohol tolerance: up to 15% alcohol by volume.

Suitable pH for fermentation: 3.5-6.0.

This product is composed of a commercial distiller's yeast strain and amyloglucosidase, an enzyme that converts all non-fermentable sugars into fermentable sugars found in corn and other grains.

The way to use is simple: simply sprinkle the yeast on the surface of the puree at room temperature, wait 15 minutes and then shake and mix the puree well.
