This machine is made entirely of stainless steel and has 2 rinse nozzles and 2 blow nozzles.
The blower-rinser is equipped with an air unit composed of 3 essential elements.
- Complete pressure regulator including a 5 μm filter unit: allows you to adjust the pressure of the air sent to the injectors. It is recommended to set it between 4-6 atm.
- Filter element (grinder) with a porosity of 0.3 μm: which protects the regulator from any trace of oil or condensate coming from the compressor.
- Filter element (extra fine) through a 0.01 μm cartridge.
The machine also includes a tray to fill with water and, optionally, a disinfectant product.
This solution will be pumped and sent under pressure to the bottles through the nozzles.
