We present the "Semiautomatic blower-rinser with 2 injectors with pump 230V-50Hz", an ideal machine for internal cleaning of bottles using air or filtered water and disinfectant products.
This machine is made entirely of stainless steel and has two injectors: one for rinsing and the other for blowing.
In addition, it has an air unit made up of three elements:
- Complete pressure regulator with 5 μm filter unit: this component allows you to adjust the air pressure sent to the injectors, recommending a setting between 4 and 6 atmospheres.
- Filter element (grinder) with 0.3 μm porosity: this filter protects the regulator from any trace of oil or condensate that may be present in the air supplied by the compressor.
- Filter element (extra fine) through a 0.01 μm cartridge.
The machine also has a tray that can be filled with water and, if desired, a disinfectant product.
This solution will be pumped and sent under pressure to the bottles through the nozzles.
