The Belt Press 700, equipped with a pump and juice collection tank, offers considerable cost and space savings.

The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and features adjustable legs.

The juice obtained flows into the integrated collection tank below the press.

The pump then transfers the juice from the press to the desired tank for further processing.

The pressing process is continuous.

The most innovative feature of our POWERPRESS line of belt presses is that they incorporate an integrated pump and juice collection tank.

This means you save money and do not need an additional juice collection tank or pump, which would otherwise take up a lot of space and incur additional costs.

The apple juice yield with our belt press is approximately 75%.

The juice collection tank features an integrated filtration sieve that filters the juice, providing a clearer, purer product.

The belt press operates automatically: when the puree inlet tank is full, all other machines upstream of the belt press automatically shut off.

When the juice tank is full, the pump automatically pumps the juice into the tanks.

The belt press includes a high-pressure washer that continuously cleans the machine's belt.

Our belt washing system is simple and contains no motors or gearboxes, which extends operating time and reduces maintenance costs.

The machine features a pneumatic cover that opens to facilitate the washing process.

After work, the press must be washed manually with a jet of water.

A complete washing process takes between 15 and 20 minutes.

Washing is simple, and all machine parts can be easily disassembled without tools.

The belt tension is adjustable.
