It is a practical and economical solution for working with larger quantities of plant material, thanks to its 30-litre multifunction still and large-capacity column.

🏺 30-litre multifunction still with column

The pack includes a 30-litre multifunction still equipped with a column designed for working with plants and flowers.

The column has a capacity of approximately 800 grams of plants or flowers per load and can be emptied and reloaded during the same distillation when the plant material has exhausted its essential oil.

🌸 This feature allows 3 to 5 column loads per distillation, increasing the amount of plant material that can be processed in a single cycle.

🌿 Plant and flower processing

Each distillation can process approximately 800-2500 grams of plants or flowers, depending on the number of column loads.

Approximate output:

• 💧 25-26 litres of hydrosol per distillation.
• 🌸 25-30 ml of pure essential oil per distillation.

The possibility of emptying and reloading the column during the same distillation allows the plant material to be used more efficiently and the process to continue once the previous load has exhausted its essential oil.

The still is made from 100% copper, using 1 mm thick hammered copper sheet.

• 🔥 Column separation grate, designed to prevent plants from rising and blocking the tube leading to the condenser.
• 🔥 Boiler separation grate, to prevent solid products from coming into direct contact with the bottom during direct distillations.
• 🔥 25 cm gas grate, specifically designed for this model.
• 🧪 500 ml separating funnel with supports, to facilitate the separation of essential oil and water.
