The pack includes a 20-litre rotary-column still equipped with a column with a capacity of approximately 800 grams of plants or flowers per load.
The column features a hinge that makes it easy to empty and reload when the plants or flowers have exhausted their essential oil.
🌸 This feature allows the column to be loaded and unloaded between 3 and 5 times per distillation, considerably increasing the amount of plant material that can be processed during a single cycle.
🌿 Plant and flower processing
Thanks to the column capacity and the possibility of performing several loads during the same distillation, this equipment can process approximately 800-4000 grams of plants or flowers per distillation.
Approximate output per distillation:
- 💧 17-18 litres of hydrosol.
- 🌸 30-35 ml of pure essential oil.
The possibility of reloading the column during the process allows the plant material to be used more efficiently and distillation to continue once the previous load has exhausted its essential oil.
