Introducing the "Distillery 500 liters STEAM" model, a unique option in the market that is made with high-quality materials and is equipped with all the necessary accessories.

This product can be customized according to the preferences of our customers, as long as they are requested before the start of production.

The distillery is built with 2.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. The handles and nuts are made of shiny brass, and all the joints are welded to ensure durability.

As for the capacities and yields, the distillery has a total capacity of 550 liters and a useful capacity of 500 liters. The estimated distillation time is 6-8 hours, with a yield of 10-15% of the useful capacity. This translates to a yield of 50-75 liters per distillation, considering a 10% alcohol ferment.

The product includes a series of features that make it even more complete.

On one hand, it has a vertical thermometer 0-120º installed in the boiler to control the temperature of the mash.

In addition, it includes 2 additional thermometers 0-120º, one in the helmet to control the temperature of the transit gases and another in the condenser to control the temperature of the cooler.

To ensure safety, the distillery is equipped with a safety valve in the boiler to prevent excess pressure, as well as a pressure gauge to control internal pressure.

An automatic cleaning system has also been incorporated in the boiler and helmet, which facilitates interior cleaning.

In addition, stainless steel sight glasses have been added to the boiler and helmet to observe the distillation process inside.

The distillery also has a 2.5" stainless steel or brass discharge tube with valve in the boiler, which allows for the discharge of excess product.

The brass connections between the boiler and helmet ensure a tight seal.

An access door has been incorporated in the boiler, made of stainless steel, which facilitates access to the interior of the boiler.

The high-performance tubular condenser reduces distillation time and allows for greater control of the cooling process.

In addition, it includes a 0-100º alcoholometer with thermometer to determine the alcohol content of the distillation.

To facilitate its use, a support for the alcoholometer with a tempered glass dome is provided.

The distillery comes with iron stands for the boiler and condenser, as well as a coil installed inside the boiler that allows for connection to a steam boiler. This coil includes connection valves to facilitate connection to a steam generator.
