Distillery 1000 liters STEAM

We introduce to the market our exceptional product: the 1000 liters VAPOR Distillery.

This model has been manufactured with high-quality materials and comes with all necessary accessories. Additionally, it stands out for its unique format in the world. We want to offer our customers the possibility to customize this model according to their preferences before starting the manufacturing process.

The 1000 liters VAPOR Distillery has been built with 2.5 mm copper sheet, hammered and with bright brass handles and nuts. All joints have been welded to guarantee maximum quality.

Regarding its capacities and performances, this distillery has a total capacity of 1050 liters and a useful capacity of 1000 liters. The estimated distillation time is 8-10 hours, with a yield of 10-15% of the useful capacity. This translates into a yield of 100-150 liters per distillation, considering a 10º alcoholic ferment.

This model includes a series of features that make it even more complete.

In the boiler, there is a vertical thermometer from 0-120º installed to control the temperature of the mash.

Additionally, it has 2 additional thermometers from 0-120º, one in the helmet to control the temperature of the transit gases and another in the condenser to control the temperature of the cooler.

To guarantee safety during the distillation process, we have incorporated a safety valve in the boiler and a pressure gauge to control internal pressure.

Furthermore, we have included an automatic cleaning system in the boiler and the helmet, as well as stainless steel sight glasses that allow observing the distillation process inside.

Other notable features are the discharge pipe with a 2.5" stainless steel or brass valve in the boiler, the brass unions between the boiler and the helmet to ensure sealing, the access door in stainless steel to facilitate access to the interior of the boiler, and the tubular condenser with high performance that reduces distillation time and allows greater control of the cooling process.

Additionally, we have included a 0-100º alcoholometer with a thermometer to measure the alcohol content of the distillation, a support for the alcoholometer with a tempered glass dome to facilitate its use, and iron supports for the boiler and the condenser.

Finally, it should be mentioned that this model has a coil installed inside the boiler, which allows it to be connected to a steam boiler through connection valves.

We also offer a comprehensive distillation manual that covers topics such as types of distillation, the production of different liqueurs, aromatherapy, and extraction of essential oils, among others. This manual includes more than 50 homemade liqueur recipes and practical tips.
