DOSELITE with CART for THICK PRODUCTS (50-1500 ml)

Doselite for thick products is a pneumatic volumetric filler that allows you to dose small quantities of any viscous product of any nature with maximum precision.

Its configuration includes a stainless steel structure with 4 wheels, a DIN 25 dosing valve, which allows you to dose products of considerable density, such as sauces, jams, creams, honey, and other thick products, and a 1" shut-off valve.

All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel, making it suitable for use in the food, chemical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Depending on the viscosity and type of product you wish to package, the dosing machine can be customized with a wide range of components.

It offers a wide variety of controls that allow you to control and influence pressure, temperature, delivery speed, and suction speed.

Doselite can be operated pneumatically or by brushless motors, ensuring greater dosing precision and integrating perfectly into automated production lines.

The machine has two operating modes:

• • Automatic: allows automatic product discharge at regular intervals.
  • Manual: the operator doses the product by pressing a pedal.

The trolley-mounted filler can be equipped with a dosing pump at the top or bottom of the structure, or integrated into automated packaging lines.

The dosing pistons can be equipped with heating elements to maintain the product at a predefined temperature and combined with simple loading hoppers, heating units, mixers, or pressing systems to facilitate the suction of the product to be dosed. In short, each machine can be configured according to the user's specific needs.

All components are easy to disassemble and clean without the need for tools.
