The operation of this capper is simple.
The operator places the bottle on the plate and manually puts the cap on the neck.
By pressing the side buttons of the machine, the closing head descends and seals the capsules in a matter of seconds.
The dripping head capper can close different types of caps, such as Stelvin, BVS, MCA (three-phase version), and tamper-evident caps.
Additionally, it features a special 4-roller "No Cap No Roll" head, made entirely of stainless steel, to ensure maximum reliability.
For added convenience, all capping heads are tested in our workshop before shipping, adjusting them to the different sizes of capsules and bottles that need to be closed.
In addition to its efficiency, this capper is easy to use.
Simply place the jar with the capsule to be closed and press the two-handed control to perform the capping operation in a matter of seconds.
