The structure of the destemming crusher is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and consists of two separate modules for destemming and selection.
These modules are connected by an adjustable height support frame.
The destemmer crusher machine has a loading hopper equipped with a screw feeder driven by a speed variator.
The hopper also has a filter for liquid extraction and a DIN 50 extraction coupling.
The destemming net, with a diameter of 300 mm, is made of deep-drawn stainless steel and has an anti-laceration system for the stems.

The destemmer is equipped with an electronic speed variator of 1.8 kW with an external potentiometer and rpm display, allowing for variable rotation speed from 400 to 650 rpm.
On the other hand, the selection unit has a 1.1 kW electronic speed variator that manages the two vibrating modules placed on the frame.
Cleaning the machine is easy thanks to the fact that the body can be centrally opened with double side doors.
The motor group can also be opened using two gas pistons, allowing for quick removal of both the shaft and the destemming net.
The collection tank of the classifier group is removable and disinfectable.
In addition, all parts subject to higher stress and rotation are equipped with quick greasing couplings.
