The gentle pressing is carried out by adjustable, removable rubber rollers with independent motorization.

In addition, it features a destemming grid with a diameter of 400 mm and a length of 1250 mm, made of deep-drawn anti-laceration sheet metal.

This grid is equipped with our exclusive rubber dragging system.

The structure of the destemming crusher is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel and consists of a destemming module and a sorting module, connected by an adjustable support frame.

The destemming-crushing machine is equipped with a loading hopper with a dosing screw driven by a speed variator.

The hopper also has a filter for liquid extraction and a DIN 50 extraction connection.

The destemming grid with a diameter of 300 mm is made entirely of deep-drawn stainless steel, with an anti-laceration system to prevent damage to the grape stalks.

The standard perforation diameter is 24, but sizes from 18 to 32 are also available upon customer request.

It also includes a rubber screw for grape dragging installed as standard on the destemming grid, as well as an internal shaft with adjustable cylinders arranged in a double helix.

The automatic sorting and cleaning table is equipped with adjustable nylon rollers.

In terms of dimensions, the central loading hopper has a rounded profile and measures 770x580 mm.

The liquid discharge connection in the loading hopper and the sorting collection tank is DIN 50 type.

The destemming grid has a diameter of 300 mm and circular holes of 24 mm.

The maximum loading height from the ground is 1950 mm (maximum height without box), while the discharge height reaches a maximum of 970 mm below the sorting unit.

As for motorization, a centralized control panel is included from which it is possible to control both the destemming module and the sorting module.

The destemming machine has an independent motor variator to regulate the loading capacity of the hopper, with a power of 0.5 kW.

In addition, it is equipped with an electronic speed variator of 1.8 kW with an external potentiometer and rpm display, allowing variable rotation speeds from 400 to 650 rpm.

On the other hand, the sorting unit has an independent gear motor controlled by a 1.1 kW electronic speed variator.

The central electrical installation is located in an IP 65 stainless steel box and is prepared for the power supply of an external roller group.

In terms of cleaning, the machine body can be centrally opened with double side doors.

In addition, the motor group can be opened using two gas pistons, allowing for quick removal of both the destemming shaft and the destemming grid.

On the other hand, the sorting unit can be easily removed by acting on the sliding wheels and has a discharge for accumulated liquids during washing.

All parts subject to greater stress and rotation are equipped with quick lubrication couplings.

The equipment includes a stainless steel adjustment key and a stainless steel accident prevention device.

As for technical specifications, the motor has a power of 4.3 kW and the production reaches between 4000 and 6000 kg/hour.

The dimensions of the equipment are 2050x1100x1950/1700 mm and it weighs 490 kilograms.
