Made from 0.7 mm copper sheet with a hammered finish, this still combines traditional craftsmanship with a functional and durable design.
Its polished brass handles and fittings, together with the riveted joints, complete its traditional handcrafted construction.
🍷 Alcohol distillation
The boiler has a capacity of 1.5 litres and provides an estimated 10–15% yield, calculated using a 10° alcoholic fermented wash.
Under these conditions, it can produce approximately 150–225 ml of distillate per distillation, depending on the process used.
It is well suited to small-scale experiments with spirits, homemade liqueurs and other aromatic distillates.
