Semiautomatic DOYPACK monoblock with range from 5 to 380ml WITH nitrogen injection

We present our semi-automatic DOYPACK Monoblock with a dosing range of 5 to 380 ml and the ability to inject nitrogen.

This packaging and capping machine is ideal for filling and sealing doypack bags in a single operation, being particularly efficient for liquid or semi-dense products.

To ensure precise dosing, we have incorporated Doselite volumetric dosers.

In addition, our machine is capable of packaging viscous liquids containing soft particles or fibers in suspension, and can even perform hot filling at temperatures up to 100°C.

The capping is done using a pneumatic motor with torque regulation, ensuring a tight and secure closure of the plastic screw caps of the doypack bags.

We are proud to say that all parts in contact with the product are made of 316L stainless steel, a high-quality material suitable for food contact.
