Fluelite with 2 Cylinders and 1/2" Shut-Off Valve (100-2000 ml)

The Fluelite filler is a vertical volumetric dosing machine with two methacrylate cylinders and a filling range from 100 to 2000 ml, perfect for packaging various liquid products with an exact quantity.

It can be used to package liquids in tinplate cans, plastic bottles, PET, glass, or other materials.

For hot products, alcohol-based products, or solvents, the Fluelite dosing machine with stainless steel cylinders is recommended.

For dosing products containing hypochlorite, chlorine, and hydrochloric acid, the Fluelite volumetric dispenser with PVC components is also available.

It is not possible to dose dense products such as sauces, yogurt, or honey with Fluelite; in this case, a volumetric dispenser from the Doselite range is required.

This machine is made with materials and seals suitable for contact with food and various chemicals.

Their trolley structure makes them easily movable to meet all needs.

The product to be packaged can be taken directly from a storage container located below.

The compressed air supply allows the machine to automatically aspirate and dose the amount of product selected by the operator, drip-free, and without the need for external pumps.
