JARSELITE (5-250 ML)

Jarselite is a semi-automatic monoblock perfect for filling and capping glass jars and bottles with liquids and viscous products, with or without particulate matter.

Thanks to the Doselite volumetric dosing pump, the machine dispenses adjustable volumes, offering maximum flexibility for different applications.

Constructed with high-quality materials, all parts in contact with the product are made of 316L stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and compliance with food industry hygiene standards. The AISI 304 stainless steel frame guarantees strength and durability over time.

Includes:

• • Doselite Volumetric Dosing Pump: This unit allows for precise dosing of small quantities and is ideal for dense products or products with suspended particles. The dosing unit is suitable for working with products up to 100°C (hot fill), maintaining consistent accuracy even at high temperatures.
  • Adjustable Pneumatic Capping: The pneumatic motor allows for adjustable capping torque to ensure a secure screw-cap closure without damaging the bottle. The adjustments allow precise control of the force applied to the cap.
  • Pneumatic Centering System: The bottle centering system ensures precise positioning, with an adjustable lock to accommodate different bottle sizes.
