Made of stainless steel, it also allows bottling alcoholic products or liquids that require a hot-fill process.
The Enolmatic and Enolmaster operate thanks to a vacuum pump.
The vacuum packaging system allows bottling any type of liquid product, but it is not suitable for dosing very dense and creamy products, such as jam or honey.
Once the maximum fill level is set, the machine fills each jar evenly to the set limit, without wasting a drop of liquid.
