Descending Capper for Twist-Off and Plastic Caps

Introducing the descending capper for twist-off lids on jars, a semi-automatic machine designed to close twist-off caps on jars and plastic screw caps.

This model is equipped with a magnetic clutch head and a stainless steel mandrel specifically for closing twist-off caps or sealing plastic screw-on caps on PET containers.

Please note that each capping head or spindle can only close one cap format.

If additional formats need to be closed, an additional head or spindle must be purchased.

Its operation is simple: the operator places the bottle on the plate and manually places the cap on the neck.

By pressing the buttons on the side of the machine, the capping head descends and seals the capsules in a matter of seconds.

The magnetic clutch head can also be combined with a mechanical gripper to close dispenser caps, pump caps, aerosol caps, nail polish caps, nasal spray applicators, and many other applications used in both the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
