DOSAMATIC PLUS for LIQUIDS (100-5000 ml)

Dosamatic Plus is essentially equivalent to the Doselite dosing machine, so its operation, features, and configurations are identical.

The difference lies in the dosing range offered by the Dosamatic Plus, which ranges from 100 ml to 5 liters, making it the ideal option for large production runs.

All the accessories, valves, and kits that are installed on the Doselite filler can also be installed on the Dosamatic Plus.

This specific model includes a 1" dosing valve in its configuration, allowing you to dose liquids of Low and medium density liquids, such as oil, paint, syrups, and other liquids.

All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel, making them suitable for use in the food, chemical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries.

Depending on the viscosity and type of product you wish to package, the dosing machine can be customized with a wide range of components.

It offers a wide variety of controls that allow you to control and intervene on pressure, temperature, delivery speed, and suction speed.

Dosamatic Plus can be operated pneumatically or by brushless motors, ensuring greater dosing precision and integrating perfectly into automatic production lines.

The machine has two operating modes:

• • Automatic: allows automatic product pouring at regular intervals.
  • Manual: the operator doses the product by pressing a pedal.

The dosing pistons can be equipped with heating elements to maintain the product at a predefined temperature and combined with simple loading hoppers, heating units, mixers, or pressing systems to facilitate the suction of the product to be dosed.

In short, each machine can be configured according to the user's specific needs.

All components are easy to disassemble and clean without the need for tools.
