12 liters Smooth Pot

The 12 liters Smooth Pot  is highly valued by professional chefs due to its heat conduction and even distribution properties.

Copper, the main material of this pot, ensures that heat is distributed evenly, avoiding uneven heat spots and providing even cooking of food.

In addition to its ability to prevent food from sticking to the bottom of the pot, copper also possesses bactericidal properties that contribute to safer and more sanitary food preparation.

An added advantage is that it helps maintain the green colour of vegetables during cooking, especially artichokes and asparagus, preventing them from blackening.

Jams also benefit from this pot, as copper not only gives them a bright colour, but also guarantees greater durability and a more intense flavour.

It is important to note that it is very difficult to suffer poisoning when cooking with copper, since the pot or kitchen utensil would alert us by being covered with a greenish layer, in addition to the fact that the cooked food would have a strong flavor that would prevent its consumption.

On the other hand, utensils made of aluminum, traces of lead or asbestos can cause poisoning gradually without us realizing it, since they do not alter the flavor of the food.

To avoid this, it is only necessary to keep the copper utensils clean and without greenish stains.

The smooth finish of the pot makes it easy to clean, making it a practical and convenient option.
